MD Referral

OHIP referrals are accepted for Migraines, Hyperhidrosis, TMJ/Bruxism disorders. If the patients meet Treatment Criteria, most insurance companies will cover the cost.

Treatment Injection fees are not covered and is the patient’s responsibility.

Consultations are usually done within 1-2 weeks from when the referrals are received.
