MD Referral

OHIP referrals are accepted for Migraines, Hyperhidrosis, TMJ/Bruxism disorders. If the patients meet Treatment Criteria, most insurance companies will cover the cost.

Migraine treatment Injection fee is not covered and is the patient’s responsibility.

Consultations are usually done within 1-2 weeks from when the referrals are received.
